Business Manager (B2B Products)

Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Expand Bitrace’s presence in the Asian market by identifying potential clients, increasing business coverage, and driving sales growth.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients, including financial institutions (e.g., payment companies), crypto service providers (e.g., exchanges, OTC desks), law enforcement agencies, and regulatory bodies.
- Solution Sales: Develop a deep understanding of Bitrace’s products and services, such as fund tracing and AML compliance solutions, to deliver professional product demonstrations and tailored solutions.
- Market Research & Industry Insights: Stay updated on blockchain security, Web3 compliance, and regulatory trends, gather market intelligence, identify business opportunities, and provide data-driven support for product optimization and market strategies.
- Business Negotiations & Partnerships: Lead business negotiations, formulate collaboration proposals and contract terms, drive partnerships, and ensure smooth deal execution.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, technical, and operations teams to enhance customer experience and improve conversion and satisfaction rates.
Requirements:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development. Experience in blockchain, fintech, compliance, or RegTech is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and Web3 compliance requirements. Understanding of fund tracing, exchange compliance, and AML/KYC is preferred.
- Client Management: Ability to independently develop business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients. Existing networks with financial institutions, exchanges, or law enforcement agencies are a plus.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong business communication, solution presentation, and negotiation skills to drive complex enterprise partnerships.

Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities:
- On-Chain Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of blockchain transaction data to detect suspicious patterns, optimize KYT (Know Your Transaction) rules, and enhance AML (Anti-Money Laundering) monitoring capabilities.
- Risk Modeling & Optimization: Analyze and refine existing comprehensive risk scoring models, incorporating the latest industry trends and regulatory requirements to improve accuracy and applicability.
- Risk Address Classification: Identify, categorize, and maintain a database of high-risk addresses using on-chain data to enhance the precision of the risk management system.
- Policy & Compliance Analysis: Monitor global cryptocurrency regulations and assess the impact of AML, KYC, FATF, and other compliance frameworks on the industry, providing data-driven support for company policies and compliance strategies.

Requirements:
- Educational Background: PhD or postdoctoral research experience in statistics, econometrics, data science, financial engineering, or related fields.

- On-Chain Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of blockchain transaction data to track and identify suspicious transactions and illicit fund flows.
- Fund Tracing: Perform on-chain fund flow analysis for specific security incidents, independently completing case studies and drafting formal analytical reports.
- Blacklist Maintenance: Collect, organize, and clean blockchain addresses related to security incidents, maintaining a database of malicious addresses.
- Pattern Detection: Research money laundering patterns and illicit transaction methods on-chain, extract fund movement characteristics, and establish links between cases.
- Real-Time Monitoring: Track fund movements related to flagged addresses, providing timely alerts on significant transactions.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related fields.
- Blockchain Knowledge: Familiarity with Web3 technologies, including blockchain, smart contracts, DeFi, and NFTs.
